Thanks so much - we have fixed this now.

Now the issue is that we don't seem to be able to get the voucher discount to apply. If you log into the site you can see vouchers. When we copy the code of the voucher and paste into the Coupon filed in Virtuemart the discount is not applied.

Could you please advise what we have done wrong here?

Hello Felicity

great, for the coupon and virtue mart, you need to select in the component admin what is your shopping cart and for Virtuemart you have 2 version to choose from.

Did you select one or the other if YES I need to see it, maybe they change something again.

We have the correct version of virtuemart selected but we get the below error message:

1386888203: Coupon code not found. Please try again.If you have a coupon code, please enter it below: - See more at: http://www.boynton.com.au/index.php?pag … 3Xh5T.dpuf

The coupon is published and the correct virtuemart version is selected. you have the site details it would be really appreciated if you could have a look at this as it is really taking a long time to get this live for the client so it's very frustrating for them as they wanted it to be live for Christmas sales.

Well If you are in hurry, the best send me FTP acccess and super admin for Joomla I will found and fix it in 3 mins

Also did you verify if the card number is in the VirtueMart coupons listing If no this is my problem If Yes maybe VirtueMart have a issue with coupon.

Anyway to fix this fast, click on my face and send me via Personal message the access

I will do it right away (if i'm awake)
